Please read this policy carefully. We are selling downloadable products. These are extensions for ecommerce stores which are tested on all possible versions of Magento. If you are uncertain whether the plugin is compatible with your Magento version, please contact us prior to purchase.

We also recommend that you purchase support when buying any product if you don't have any programming experience or your website is customized. Contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Refunds will only be given if we cannot fix the functionality of the plugin. We do not offer refunds because the software lacks any particular feature or function or conflicts with any other plugin you may have installed or will install. It is your responsibilty to verify the plugin has the capababilities you require prior to purchase.

Prior to any refund, we will require shell access to your web server and administrative access to your web site in order to check and verify functionality of the plugin.

Shipping providers can change their API (programming interface) implementation without any advance notice, resulting in issues with our plugin functionality. In these cases, we will provide free updates at no cost upon request, but this would not qualify for a refund.
