The survey module will allow you to identify how the customer knows about over portal. Once we enable that module and configure it according to our needs then we can have one input field on the registration form or in the checkout form based on configuration.
There is an option to enable or disable that module, there is one field in which we can add multiple comma-separated values to show on the dropdown and one field to add a heading for the module’s input field. Un admin config, there are two dropdown field to enable or disable that functionality for the separate registration form or checkout form. If the user will enable this for the registration page then that module field will only show on the registration page if the user will enable that for the checkout form then it will show that field with the checkout form.
All users data will display in customer panel, order details and email to customer either new signup or order email.
Allows to enable survey field in separate registration form or checkout form.
Admin can add any pre defined drop down values.
Selected value will display in customer panel.
Selected value will display in admin order detail page.
Selected value will display in customer signup email.
Selected value will display in order email.
